Well after months and months, I've finally tracked down the bug that was causing failure for personal font colors when set in Your Control Panel.
You may or may not have noticed that some people's font color have already changed....this is because they tried to set their own post color but it never worked and they left the settings. But it is working again and so have their post colors changed.
To set your Font Post Color:
go to
Your Control Panel>Personal Info>Edit Profile>
scroll down to
Post Color
select a color from the drop down menu
click
Amend my Profile
