Hi Gone Fishing, I'm sorry you and Lt missed this. It was so nice of Scout and Kumu to do this for us.
Scout spoke at a Stillwater library in mid-January and a few things she said I think are worth mentioning:

“I choreographed a lot of the building that went on at the island, all the combs, silverware and toothbrushes were made by me and that made me valuable to the island.”

“I was going in to Vanuatu in my orange and black, all the way, but we are not allowed to wear labels”

She lost 21 pounds in the 38 days she was on the island.

The castaways couldn’t do swimming challenges on the beach where they had their shelter because of poisonous snakes, so they went to another island to do the swimming challenges.

“I believe you don’t have to have a physical game to play the game,” Scout said. “It’s a game about relationships. People have an unspoken respect for that.”

Scout said she plans on joining 17 castaways from various seasons of Survivor in Michigan for charity work in the future.

there were poisonous snakes on their beach!  maybe that's why we didn't see alot of fishing going on.

Right gem, that's the reason! Don't forget the coral on the beaches that tore them up, it was so dangerous there. And the constant rumblings from the volcanos must have been a trip! This comes very close to being my favorite season of all time, I just can't commit to one alone, because they all bring something different our way.

You're welcome gem, but it really was Jan that made it happen. Her and I chit-chatted through the whole season, and she's just as wonderful as her sister is. When I asked her if Scout would do this, she got right back to me and said yes, Scout would, it was ever so gracious of them both!
