The new season is supposed to start off basically right where they left off so it should be good.
I know they have been showing reruns of season all summer on ABC. I haven't been watching as it's on too late where I live but I may try to watch the week before just as a refresher.
Haven't seen anything lately but back in the spring they had said that the first season DVD would be coming out in September.

THat's a big ten four on the DVD set. I believe I saw it advertised as being released on Sept 17. Hoarding away my pennies as we speak.
