Kat Edorsson

22

Tribe Designation: Salani

Current Residence: Orlando, Fla.

Occupation: Timeshare Rep

Personal Claim to Fame: I would have to say my accomplishments come from school and work. Although I only work part time, I am a top producer at my company. I’m also working on my BS at University of Central Florida.

Inspiration in Life: I am not the average girl who has a normal hero. Essentially, if I were normal I would either choose Abraham Lincoln or Donald Trump, but my hero is fiction. Her name is Xena. She is the warrior princess, who serves as my alter ego. In her series, she changes from simple farm girl to an Amazon warrior, recognizing and pursing challenges for the greater good. She is my hero and I could only wish I can be half the woman she is.

Hobbies: Riding horses, fishing, all sports.

Pet Peeves: Long lines at the DMV, seat belts on airplanes, girly girls and small children with leashes.

3 Words to Describe You: Competitive, eager and passionate.

SURVIVOR Contestant You Are Most Like:  Andrea is my favorite.  She’s blonde, a farm girl and loves a challenge. She was able to play and get ahead in the game despite her sweet look on the outside, just like me --- for example, she wasn’t afraid to throw Matt under the bus to save herself.

Reason for Being on SURVIVOR: I want to conquer the challenges, proving not only that I can survive the obstacles but that I will be the ultimate survivor.

Why You Think You’ll “Survive” SURVIVOR: My skills to manipulate and socialize will ultimately help me survive Survivor. I have always taken the “leader role” with my friends, family and co-workers. I build relationships, talk my way out of tickets, and socialize my way to the top. My skill set is very strong and it comes to me naturally, like breathing. I definitely think I will be an important member of the group.

Why You Think You Will Be the Sole SURVIVOR: My life has already played this game and I won. I have faced life and death situations at a very young age. I’m a fighter and I’ll never quit. I’m very good at getting my way, talking people into things and ultimately marketing and selling myself. I may be a 22-year-old blonde but I’m much tougher than I look. I want to be the youngest female to ever win the game!

Ummmm...... Andrea had no choice! Newbie to Survivor. She'll be the one in confessional saying, "it's soooooooo much harder than I thought"!

So far, so good on that S101. I think she's so cute in her orange hoody, and she has beautiful eyes! I thought it interesting that in Episode One's Tribal Council, she almost seemed like she was acting as the mediator between Alicia, and Christina's fight.

Here's a couple of Tribal Council pics of her looking adorable:

Now with this next information, I'm not trying to start stuff, or nuttin like at, but last season it was 'The WhitKei Secret Marriage Scandal', and this season it's this. It's what it is.

Ok, so pre-season it came up (by Polonium) that Kat was arrested for shop-lifting. See for yourself:

Was it just me or what? In the first episode, she didn't seem like she was the sharpest tool in the shed either. Uh..... what's ambiance? LOL.

Haha, nope, not the sharpest by any means! That ambiance was indeed funny, and same episode someone said something about Bill, and she goes: "Who's Bill??"  laugh

She was a flubber in Episode 2 as well during the balance beam RC. Not only did she continually have to jump back into the water and start over for going against the rules, but she jumped back in TWICE when she didn't have to.

I'd say she lost the challenge for them single-handedly. Tsk, tsk.

Without a doubt she lost it! I thought women were suppose to be dainty(sp?)? They should have put Kat last. lol. And, I hit the nail on the head, she is definately not a brain surgeon!

Yeppers, you nail on the head hitter  Smiley

Seems the women's ta-ta's are the things that aren't dainty due to the excuse that they got in the way at the challenge, lol. Though they didn't appear to hinder Monica's performance!

I thought it was hilarious at Tribal Council when the ex-cop asked Kat what she was good at, and I was thinking...definitly not shop lifting!

In Kat's defense, her friends told her that she was just going to borrow the merchandise than return it. Her fault was that she doesn't KNOW any better! Dim I tell ya'!

Chivalry may be dead on Survivor, but it sure isn't here at Skills! That's sweet, but are you serious, where'd you hear that at? I'm just a little surprised because she was twenty-one when she was arrested.

Nonetheless, there's an article out where she told the author:

"I came home with a different pair of eyes about myself. It will be fantastic for you to see me grow every episode — as long as I’m on.”

Here's the complete article:

‘Survivor’: Orlando player weathers nasty putdowns

Orlando’s Kat Edorsson, 22, had a rough night Wednesday on “Survivor.” She took the blame for her tribe’s poor performance, then fellow players ran her down.

“You dumb blond,” retired police officer Nina blasted Kat in talking to the camera. “Quit being such a dumb blond.” Nina later complained to a fellow player that Kat was fun but “ignorant, a nitwit.”

Other players later agreed that Kat should go home. Tribal council shaped up as a battle between Nina and Kat.

But Nina’s stridency cost her, a lesson that “Survivor” has taught us repeatedly through the years. Nina was out, and Kat remains.

At tribal council, Kat was almost in tears as she took responsibility for her tribe’s poor performance against the men. Kat said it would be fair to vote her out.

In voting to eject Nina from the game, Kat told the camera, “Nina, I think you’re a strong competitor. But I would never throw you under the bus the way you did me.” The tribe evidently agreed with Kat.

The latest “Survivor” splits its 18 castaways into two tribes by sex, yet keeps them together on the same beach in Samoa. Host Jeff Probst told the women in Wednesday’s show that they were “off to one of the worst starts ever in this game because of the absolute and total dysfunction within this group.”

The women’s tribe has lost two players in the first two weeks. Kourtney had to leave because of injury.

“Survivor: One World” airs at 8 p.m. Wednesdays on CBS (WKMG-Channel 6 locally).

In an interview before the season premiere, Kat told me she had no regrets about her play. “This experience is probably the biggest thing I’ve accomplished in my life,” said Edorsson, who sells time shares. “I work out constantly. My family didn’t think I could do it. It’s an eye-opener. I’m very blessed. I came home with a different pair of eyes about myself. It will be fantastic for you to see me grow every episode — as long as I’m on.”

I could pull a Kat on him!

At least we'd know why I'd be Kattin' him, but why did she fart on the girls like that?  Oo
