As the winner of all three individual Immunity Challenges, Terry knows he must win again if he wants to stay in the game. When a medical emergency sends one Survivor off for treatment, the others are left wondering what will happen next. Will this Survivor be forced to leave the game for good?

Honesty isn't always the best policy, but in the Reward Challenge it's the key to winning. Can the Survivors get along afterwards, or are some too bitter to forgive and forget?

As the lone La Mina, Terry is without allies at camp. His only hope is that the bickering amongst the remaining Casayas continue. Will the old Casaya tribe self-destruct, or will they set their emotions aside and stay focused on the game?

A brutally honest Reward Challenge, leaves one castaway particularly hurt by the outcome and another miffed that they weren't chosen to participate in the reward. Can the castaways get along after the challenge or are some tribe members too bitter to forgive and forget? As the lone member of the former La Mina tribe, Terry finds himself without any allies at camp. His only hope is that the constant bickering between the others will continue, although he still has the opportunity to use the Hidden Immunity Idol he found while on Exile Island (which some tribe members doubt he actually has). Tensions run high around camp when Shane questions the strength of his alliance and threatens to turn the game.

Will the tenth member of the tribe be voted out, or will the medical emergency force the ailing survivor to leave the game for good?

"The Fight For Your Life or Eat" -- Certain castaways choose not to participate in the Immunity Challenge, on SURVIVOR: PANAMA -- EXILE ISLAND, Thursday, April 13 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

After host Jeff Probst offers the castaways a chance to feast on burgers instead of participating in the Immunity Challenge, some confident former Casaya members take the risk and indulge their hunger. With former tribe alliances firmly intact, the burden of beating the remaining former La Mina tribe mates, Terry and Sally, falls entirely on the only former Casaya member who chooses to participate in the challenge. Should this former Casaya member lose the challenge, it's quite possible one of these confident former Casaya members could be going home if Terry decides to use the Hidden Immunity Idol which he currently holds in his possession.

And, the ninth member is voted out of the tribe.

Determined to expand their alliance, the La Mina group pressures several Casayas? Can they secretly break up the Casaya Six?

At the Reward Challenge, one Survivor demonstrates clever leadership skills and forges a win with a weaker group.

"An Emerging Plan" -- The tribes merge and the former La Mina tribe of four tries to convince some of the former Casaya tribemates to join their alliance, on SURVIVOR: PANAMA -- EXILE ISLAND, Thursday, March 30 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

It's bittersweet for Sally to be stranded alone on Exile Island as she knows she'd have been the next to go otherwise. When the two tribes finally become one, Sally returns to seemingly open arms from all remaining castaways. After proper introductions are made, the remaining survivors celebrate as one new tribe, but hidden agendas quickly overtake the camp when the former La Mina tribe, currently in the minority, tries to persuade some of the former Casaya castaways to join their alliance. Building a bigger shelter becomes a dangerous project and leaves Bruce with a chipped tooth and a cut lip.

And, the seventh member is voted out of the tribe.

Host Jeff Probst highlights the first fifteen days of the castaways adventures on the island. Never-before-seen footage includes tribe Casaya singing "Happy Birthday" to Shane's son, Boston, who is celebrating his 13th birthday back in the United States, Sally confiding in Austin about her recent divorce and subsequent alienation from her family, an evening eruption around the Casaya campfire that ends when Aras makes a speech to motivate the group and Casaya's surprise source of food which subsequently powers them to an Immunity victory.

Additionally, clips of upcoming episodes will also be revealed, along with a preview of a brand new episode to air when SURVIVOR: PANAMA -- EXILE ISLAND returns to its regularly scheduled time period on Thursday, March 30 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Disunity among one tribe results in no sleep for the group, as one Survivor's continuous outbursts last throughout the night.

For one castaway, being sent to Exile Island is a blessing rather than a curse.

Having an alliance doesn't always guarantee safety, as a twist in the game leaves one tribe with a big decision to make and places one Survivor's fate in the hands of another.

The First Exile

The 12th season begins with 16 castaways arriving in Panama and dividing into four tribes(older men, older women, youner women, younger men). The four teams compete in a reward challenge and the losing tribe is forced to banish one of its members to "Exile Island" to live alone until the next challenge. The good news is that there is a hidden immunity idol on the separate island. At tribal council, the first person is voted out.
